Take the Weight Off Your Mind and Body!
By Colette Baron-Reid
While you may feel like you’re on an emotional rollercoaster now, I want you to know that it’s entirely possible to take back control. With the right tools, you can quell the overwhelming feelings, stop emotional eating and addictions, increase your self-confidence, improve your health, and even enhance your professional and personal relationships.
If you even suspect that you’re someone who feels too much, I highly recommend that you join me for my Weight Loss for People Who Feel Too Much 2.0 online course, starting this Monday, October 3rd. I’ll teach you specific steps to take to let go of all the stuff that isn’t really yours and keep the weight off your mind and body for good.
As I mentioned, this course is about losing the excess weight from your body AND your mind. Even if you don’t have to lose weight from your body, you may be carrying excess empathic weight on your mind.
Carrying the weight of the world on your mind can be debilitating even though it’s invisible. As someone who feels too much, your mind becomes so full of others’ emotions and outside energy that you’re no longer sure what you’re really feeling. You may be moody, stressed, anxious, and unsure of yourself. You might have difficulty concentrating and sensing your intuition above all the racket that’s come in from the outside. As a result, you’re rarely at peace and have trouble moving forward in your life.
If you’re someone who is carrying that extra weight on your body, you tend to unconsciously eat to ground yourself. The late afternoon tends to be the most difficult time of day—by then you’re so full of the energy swirling around you that you need a quick fix to feel settled. As a result, you reach for sugary snacks. You may also tend to gain weight during stressful times because, once again, food is an easy way to ground yourself. You may also have noticed that no matter how much you watch what you eat and exercise, you still can’t seem to lose the extra weight. Or, you may noticed that that scale goes up and down in accordance with what’s going on around you.
Regardless of where the weight is, it prevents you from being the real YOU. I want you to be able to let of all the excess stuff so you can finally see and be the amazing you—no matter what might be going on around you. So I hope you’ll join me for Weight Loss for People Who Feel Too Much 2.0! And, even if you’re reading this after the class has started, you can still join and catch up on any earlier lessons.
