The Relaxed Soul: The Power of Chi Given Unconditionally

By Dr Paul HaiderRelaxed-Soul

Within each individual are centers of power that correspond to points on the body that people in Traditional Chinese Medicine, QiGong, Tai Chai, Magnified Healing, Tantra, Kundalini and many more have used for to revitalized the bodies chi, bring power to the third eye/inner vision center, and move energy into the wisdom centers at the top of the head.

Meditation on these points can be powerful… to meditate on the heart can bring peace, love, compassion and joy. To meditate on the power of the fire chakra centered at the navel can bring power, drive, and the ability to move forward in life in the face of many obstacles.

All the chakras in some way are also connected to hormonal areas that bring about changes in the body… be it the thyroid, heart nodes, or the multitude of secretions that are pushed through the body from gut, all are important for changing the mind, body, and spirit.

That’s why music, toning, singing, and all other forms of vibrational expression are so important. These chakras are there waiting to be activated via vibration, to help guide you and work in harmony to keep you in balance with nature and the Cosmos.

Chi abounds in the Universe all we have to do is tap into that energy. Chi is there for the taking… free… given without reservation, given with love, given unconditionally, thus we are to learn from God, the Tao, and the Universe to also give love unconditionally.
