Recommit and Reconnect Day 17
Happy Monday everyone, how was your weekend? And how was that sexual challenge? Did it carry over into Sunday? We hope so!
During the first week we did a challenge where we asked you to focus more on yourself and to take the ‘team’ out of your relationship, paying attention to yourself and your own individual interests and hobbies. Our challenge for today is the flip side of that. Today we would like you think more in terms of ‘we” rather than “me”. A relationship is between two people, and when you live in the “we” instead of always in the “me” your relationship is sure to improve. Important decisions should always include both of you, and neither one’s attitude should be “It’s my way or the highway”.
Today we would like to spend time anticipating the needs of your romantic partner. Focus on them, make it about them. Show them you are indeed very happy to be part of your ‘team’ and that your partnership is important to you. Let them see and know they are an important part of your life.
