Many times when trying to lose weight either it seems like weight loss will never start, or it stops and won’t start back. You’re following your plan carefully, you’ve rid your home and body of chemically fortified foods, you’re eating healthy and natural weight loss foods but something is going wrong and you simply seem to be at a road block. Guess what, it’s not your fault. You may have an issue that you’re not aware of. You could have digestive issues, food allergies, gluten intolerance, or any number of other issues like menopause or an undiagnosed illness that is getting in your way of success.

You might need to do some detective work but you can discover what the unseen barrier is that is getting in the way of your weight loss efforts. It is important not to just give up and allow the barriers to be blocks to your success. You can only do that if you’re willing to investigate and figure out what is going on. By being brutally honest with yourself about what you are eating, and how much you’re eating, and when you’re eating you can get to the bottom of any unseen weight loss barrier.

Hidden allergies, illness and digestive disorders can all add up to weight gain and the inability to lose weight. You may have symptoms such as irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), headaches, and even achy joints. You don’t have to go into anaphylactic shock or break out in hives to have a good allergy. You don’t have to be in severe emergency room type pain to suffer from digestive issues that can cause bloating, IBS, leaky gut syndrome, and other chronic problems that can not only affect your quality of life but your ability to lose weight and keep it off.



These problems can lead to diabetes, hormonal imbalance, and the inability to metabolize the fat in your body for energy. It is important when looking at the different ways of weight loss to ensure that you are incorporating natural weight loss foods into your diet every single day. Add in the whole natural foods, and take out the chemical laden and toxic fake foods that contribute to allergies and other illness. If you do all this and are still having problems you may need to investigate further to find out if you have any of the issues above or others not mentioned.

Together with a competent healthcare or nutritional expert you can narrow down the issues you may be having by eliminating certain foods such as wheat, genetically modified corn, gluten, sugar, fake sugars, unhealthy fats and fake fats. By eliminating anything that could be adding to your issues and adding in foods that can help like natural digestive enzymes, you can quickly find yourself on your way to better health.
