What Does It Mean to be Fortunate?

What is a fortunate life?

Fortuna was the Roman goddess of luck (good or bad) and Hope. She she corresponds to the Greek deity Tyche, which was represented carrying a cornucopia and a wheel which, in its turn, symbolized the distribution of goods and the coordination of human life, and generally was portrayed as a blind such as the modern image of Lady Justice, because their designs and resources were randomly distributed.

He was a consummate risk-taker, achieving martial distinction by taking risks on the battlefield such as wearing disguises and living among the enemy. He was also the first of the great Republican Romans to march upon Rome. He thoughts himself as a very fortunate man.

In Astrology, the term ‘Pars Fortuna’ represents a mathematical point in the zodiac derived by the longitudinal positions of the Sun, Moon and Ascendant (Rising sign) in the birth chart of an individual. It represents an especially beneficial point in the horoscopic chart.

For starters, the definition of luck may vary according to the emotional, philosophical, religious or mystic context of each individual.
