It arrives unannounced and uninvited. It does not care what else you are going through and it does not care if you\u2019ve had enough. Everyone grieves \u2014 regardless of age, race, culture, gender, sexual orientation or economic situation; Divorce, health issues, job loss, financial stress, addictions, bullying, not making the team or getting into college and yes, facing end of life.<\/p>\n<p>Grief and Loss are a part of life. They cannot be avoided forever. But if we learn to take good care of ourselves and each other, we can get through it with less suffering!<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019s time for change.
