We all know beating addiction is a tricky one, on one hand you need the strength and will power to say no while on the other hand it\u2019s about getting to know the \u201caddictive part of self\u201d. There is a great saying \u201cwhat you resist persists\u201d. To resist the \u201caddictive part of self\u201d is just like adding fuel to the fire, it&#8217;s far better idea not to make it wrong or right, it just is. <\/p>\n<p>If you have an active &#8220;addict within&#8221; yourself its really important take the time to get to know it as the power can hold us hostage and can consume our lives.
