If there was no one to compare with, it would change everything. Most of us would probably feel more fortunate. The ability to see what we don\u2019t have causes us to overlook what we do have.<\/p>\n<p>There\u2019s no way around that. There are only ways to reduce it. We can start by recognizing that envy may be what\u2019s making you feel like you don\u2019t have enough. That\u2019s not true for everyone. Some people truly don\u2019t have enough. But most of us likely do.<\/p>\n<p>Enough will never feel like enough until you recognize that it\u2019s enough. Look for contentment outside material wealth.<\/p>\n<p>Money itself isn\u2019t a master, but we\u2019re in danger of serving. Our own impulses are what enslave us. Material wealth makes it easier for us to delude and trap ourselves by our own desires. So we will discuss the inner wealth that we have a tendency to overlook.
