She is a Certified Master Hypnotherapist and Int\u2019l Instructor. Bryn is also the creator of Soul Expression Spiritual Regression.<\/p>\n<p>Discovering the power of hypnosis and meditation while an actress working in commercials and film at the professional level, Bryn used hypnosis as a way of removing boundaries, opening new doors in her career and for self-healing. She found it to be a wonderful tool for calming the mind, relaxing the body and freeing \u201cthe instrument\u201d allowing the \u201ccharacter\u201d to emerge.<\/p>\n<p>Bryn changed careers to become a hypnotherapist out of a strong desire to help others thru their own transitions and healing. She found it to be rewarding and went on to become a hypnosis instructor helping students to hone their hypnosis skills.
