What once seemed a brutal situation can appear years later to be a blessing, a great teacher, even transcendental.<\/p>\n<p>Join me as I recount the details of just such an event in my life: a brutal car accident that took place on December 3, 2013, at precisely 9:03 AM. From nearly dying to waking up in the hospital to learning how to walk again, what began as an experience in pain and frustration has led me to a life I could never have imagined at the time, and the gift keeps on giving. One positive change has followed another. I certainly never thought I would say that!<\/p>\n<p>Perhaps you can relate. Perhaps you have experienced a similar event, and you can resonate with the idea that things happen for a reason, even if they seem harsh at the time.
