How often do we actually pause to think about it?<\/p>\n<p>No matter where we are or what we\u2019re doing, our minds are always racing, leaping from one thought to another. In other words, we are talking to ourselves. We chatter, and our mind chatter has meaning. It has meaning because it directs and influences the course of our lives. We can use it to create wealth, happiness, and prosperity, and we can also use it to make a world of poverty, sickness, and fear.<\/p>\n<p>Join me this week as I welcome my longtime friend Lisa Berry as our very first Guest Teacher on <em>Decide To Transform!<\/em> Lisa is the host of <em>Light on Living<\/em> on OMTimes Radio and a podcast trainer.
