The value of you is with you and has been all along. It\u2019s just you.<\/p>\n<p>The true value of you is just you being you. With all your quirks, idiosyncrasies, the good the bad the ugly. You don\u2019t have to be someone who saves the world or does a bunch of things to change it. You can just be the person being totally you as you walk down the street. Some people may see you. A lot of them won\u2019t. It doesn\u2019t really matter. Because the real value of you is just being who you are. Without apology, without excuse, without trying to prove you\u2019re something you&#8217;re not.<\/p>\n<p>You don\u2019t have to be the perfect yogi and meditate every day of your life to get there.
