If we are to evolve, transform and heal, then it\u2019s important to <strong>understand how to make contact with the inner child who lives inside all of us.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Sam will explore the extraordinary value of building a solid and trusting relationship with the many \u2018ages\u2019 that have lived through your everyday moments since birth. Inner Child work finds its origin in the recognition, that all our needs weren\u2019t met by the adults who parented us, by trauma left unprocessed, and because of the closed emotional nature of many family cultures. As an adult, you can now discover how to fill that role of being nurturing, accepting, and understanding for yourself.<\/p>\n<p>By creating a space where we allow the subconscious to take the lead and <strong>invite the \u2018child self\u2019 into conversation<\/strong>, we\u2019re able to access a level of understanding not otherwise possible.
