But what exactly is <strong>GUILT <\/strong>and what is it blocking us from <strong>BEING <\/strong> with \u2018in\u2019 ourselves?<\/p>\n<p>In this week\u2019s show, we\u2019re looking underneath how we commonly think about guilt and instead link the experiential feeling with the actual internal dynamic that&#8217;s normally concealed from our conscious awareness.<\/p>\n<p>We can\u2019t deny that guilt is an energy drain, it interferes with our fullest expression in life, and it\u2019s often used as the justification for why we can\u2019t handle hearing truths that are important for our internal process.<\/p>\n<p>So why is guilt such a perpetual aspect of our inner world? Is it possible we get some sense of personal validation from it?<\/p>\n<p>This conversation will lead listeners to discuss the role forgiveness plays in working through guilt, and it might even prompt listeners to mend some &#8216;guilt moments\u2019, and reconsider the place they occupy in their sense of Self.<\/p>\n<p>This is an opportunity to be more thoughtful with your relationship with guilt, to \u2018try on\u2019 that guilt is actually a \u2018signpost\u2019 for going deeper within yourself, and gently depose it so it stops having the power to drag you down.<\/p>\n<p>It\u2019ll be a thought-provoking, inspiring hour for sure.
