When we are traumatized our alertness to danger becomes enhanced.<\/p>\n<p>\u2018I am not safe\u2019 needs to be revisited and a deep enough inquiry to examine the truth must happen.<\/p>\n<p>A new message needs to be sent to the nervous system so that it knows it\u2019s safe.<\/p>\n<p>When the nervous system knows it\u2019s safe it can break down the walls, it can lower resistance. It can allow you to revisit assumptions.
