We weren\u2019t communicating and we weren\u2019t having sex. Our relationship had been reduced to an arrangement for the sake of our daughter. I tried to be everything I thought I was supposed to be, but I couldn\u2019t be that wife and mother. On the outside, it looked like I had everything, but inside I felt completely empty.<\/p>\n<p>I tried to figure out what was wrong with me. Was I asking too much? Needing too much? I didn\u2019t know who I was unless I was in a relationship. I kept expecting them to fill the void.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Finding my way.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I committed to getting in touch with my desires, and as a result of all my work, I realized I didn\u2019t need to try so hard to make people love me. I no longer had to reject them before they could reject me. As I slowly lost my fear of intimacy I gained the courage to stay connected at a deep and profound level. I now help women discover their true feelings by empowering each individual to integrate their desires and needs into their lives and into their relationships and hearts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MY CREDENTIALS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I received my Master\u2019s degree in Organization Development from Pepperdine University\u2019s Business School, which combines Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology and Economics. I also hold a BFA in Theater from New World School of the Arts. I&#8217;m a trained Reiki Master and my love of energy and the body had me own and operate a successful Pilates business with three booming locations. As a Professional Certified Coach and a member of the International Coach Federation, I\u2019ve been coaching individuals and groups for over a decade. Here I use my experience, intuition, training and healing as well as one of my favorite life changing modalities known as EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique. My gift is helping others come alive.
