depression, pain, and movement restrictions to become stronger and more flexible, able to live a more adventurous life.<\/p>\n<p>During the hour, you\u2019ll be personally<strong> guided through a somatic exercise<\/strong> and given an opportunity to experience his work for yourself &#8211; in real-time.<\/p>\n<p>His studies have taken him from the Shaolin Monks, and somatic movement work, into animal and childhood development, and through embodiment practices, breath-work, Tai Chi, Qigong, and meditation. <strong>The depth of Benny\u2019s knowledge and empathy for connecting with the
