\"LoraLora Cheadle, JD CHt, is an author, TEDx speaker, and leadership wellness coach who specializes in burnout and betrayal recovery. She shows burned-out professionals, teams, and organizations how to reframe burnout as betrayal so they can get to the root cause of their symptoms and stay engaged, productive, and happy for the long haul.<\/p>\n

Lora’s expertise is born from lived experience. When her husband’s infidelity came to light, she faced a choice: remain a victim or become an architect of her own healing. She chose transformation. The work she and her husband did to repair their marriage\u2014with accountability, integrity, and commitment\u2014became the foundation for her approach to betrayal recovery.<\/p>\n

Lora is licensed to practice law in California and Colorado, is a trauma-informed life coach, a certified clinical hypnotherapist, somatic attachment therapist, and advanced integrated energy therapist, and holds certificates to teach yoga, group fitness, and personal training.<\/p>\n

She is the creator of the FUEL UP Burnout-Recovery Method and enjoys speaking and coaching on moving beyond symptom management to resolve burnout\u2019s root cause.
