It\u2019s that modern life has made caring feel emotionally unsustainable. Tony Nader, MD, PhD, MARR, is a medical doctor trained at Harvard University and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. A globally recognized expert in the science of consciousness and human development, he is the successor to Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, the head of the Transcendental Meditation organizations worldwide, and the president of Maharishi International University. His empirical research in neurochemistry and neuroendocrinology has been widely published in peer-reviewed, scholarly journals, and he has presented at many academic and governmental institutions worldwide.
