Robotics, genetics, and artificial intelligence are changing businesses that exist now and are creating new business possibilities, jobs, education, and industries for the future. How can we use the changes that are coming to our advantage?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>About the Guest Stephen Outram<\/h2>\n<p><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-5653\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/omtimes.com\/iom\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/03\/Stephen-Outram.jpg?resize=120%2C179\" alt=\"Stephen-Outram_Joy-of-Business_OMTimes-Radio\" width=\"120\" height=\"179\" \/>\u201cWhen I recall my life, so far, I realise that it has been varied, adventurous and driven by an intense curiosity.\u201d\u2014Stephen Outram<\/p>\n<p>As described in his book The First Five Years, Stephen was born in Malta to English parents, lived in the United Kingdom and then moved to Australia at the age of eight when his family immigrated in 1965.<\/p>\n<p>He has enjoyed successful careers in architecture, illustration, graphic design, IT, and now writing with over 7 books published and more to come.
