22 Powerful Healing Herbs for Menopause

The baby boomers are getting older and lots of us are getting grey hair and starting on the path of middle age and great wisdom. Along with that the female body has great changes that come about that are natural but sometimes creates symptoms that are challenging to say the least.

Here are some great ways to ease into Menopause.

Soy Foods  – There has been a lot of controversy about soy, but in general they have found that if you start taking soy early it does help with menopause in great ways. Now days we have all kinds of soy foods to choose from including soy milk, soy nuts, tempeh, soy meats substitutes, and of course tofu. Stay away from GMO soy which will cause all kinds of other problems. Here are some other foods that will help: garbanzo beans, garlic olive oil, alfalfa sprouts, barley, cherries, black eyed peas, apples, sunflower seeds, rice bran oil, broccoli, fish oil, just to name a few.

Vitamin E is important because it helps with hot flashes and works to get rid of some of the other symptoms too.

B Vitamins are very important for stress in general and they also help with the stress of menopause, make sure you take a good B Vitamin Complex.

Chaste Tree Berry is a great way to help with the depression that sometimes comes with Menopause and also balance the hormones at the same time, people taking this herb seem to feel better in no time at all.

Dandelion Root is great for balancing your hormones and also detoxing your liver and helping with stress at the same time.

Black Cohosh is really great for hot flashes, cramps, aches and pains, and also lowers blood pressure and cholesterol.

Ginseng is a powerful herb that helps with Menopause by boosting your immune system and also  helping your adrenals that are stress out to revitalize and at the same time boosting your energy level. Not recommended if you have high blood pressure.
