Brian Weiss is an American psychiatrist. His research includes reincarnation, past life regression, future-life progression, and survival of the human soul after death. As a traditional psychotherapist, Dr. Brian Weiss was astonished and skeptical when one of his patients began recalling past-life traumas that seemed to hold the key to her recurring nightmares and anxiety attacks. His skepticism was eroded, however, when she began to channel messages from “the space between lives,” which contained remarkable revelations about Dr. Weiss’s family and his dead son. Using past-life therapy, he was able to cure the patient and embark on a new, more meaningful phase of his own career.
Weiss is a frequent guest on national television and radio talk shows, including: Oprah,Coast to Coast AM, Larry King Live and 20/20. He is the author of eight books on the subject of reincarnation, including Only Love is Real, a USA Today bestseller. In May 2008, he appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show on a show about reincarnation, and five years later in June 2013, he was interviewed again by Oprah in the talk show Super Soul Sunday episode, on the OWN Network.
