Active Compassion and Global Transformation

There are people in this world who exploit and abuse, but we can be the ones whose hearts bleed at the thought of the children’s plight. After we have worked to help with their basic needs and living conditions, we can reach out to them and share with them the art of being happy in the midst of the worst challenges of life.

We can share how much the Whole of Nature and Universe loves them, for they have all the potential to be happy once they start focusing on the gifts they already have in their Body-Mind-Soul entity. When they learn the Power of Breath, the Power of being silent, the art of Meditation, Prayer and Yoga, not just in a ritualistic way but as something that really works, miracles happen.

Let us take the negative side of the world as something which is as it is, but if we all can commit to having compassionate hearts and luminous minds, we can always make a difference, even to ONE such deprived and love lost child in this world.

We are born to first nurture the seed of Peace that permeates every cell of our body when the Body-Mind is in tune with the Soul. We need to establish the Kingdom of Peace in our mind and heart first before expecting anything in the external world. Active Compassion, Prayer and Meditation that transcends all religious barriers can be a great Positive Power to spread in this world to combat the power of negativity, greed, and violence.

Just watch your breath with all your heart, witness the Universe flowing through you, Blessing you from within and without, Healing the world all around you. You and I cannot fight against global negativity, greed, or violence, but we can begin to stop it in our own mind by practicing Active Compassion for ourselves. Your Active Compassion will then ripple to the next person, and to the next, and on to the next, and one day it will overflow from all our hearts, and drench the entire world.
