Tia’s work with pitbulls and parolees is hard, and can be heartbreaking. But by far the most heartbreaking has been learning of the injustices not only the dogs face, but her parolees and her husband. The stigma must be broken, and that is what part of her mission is….breaking the cycle of abuse and injustice. Second chances …aren’t that what life is all about?
