Kristen Dalton

I just finished working on the project “Finding Hope” in the role of Agent Lani Morgan, starring Molly Quinn and directed by Diane Namm. I was brought to the project by casting director Ivy Eisenberg, who also cast me in “Babysitter Wanted”.

In June, I am set to star in and produce a brilliant script written by Nick Antosca.  We are all excited to film this suspenseful thriller.

CP & SP Which project impacted you in a big way emotionally and spiritually?

Kristen Dalton I really feel that something special happens when you get to portray and truly embody a real person or a character that is already well known.  I felt that when I played Audrey Meadows/Alice Kramden (from The Honeymooners) opposite Brad Garrett in the movie “Gleason”.

I also felt the same way playing Tina Louise/Ginger in the “made for tv” movie, “Gilligan’s Island”.

But I would have to say more than any other project, nothing so far compares to the experience I had after landing the role of Gwen in “The Departed. Eight weeks working with Jack Nicholson!  Martin Scorcese!  The magic of being on that set far outweighs any other experience I have ever had acting in a film…….. so far!  It was exciting and wonderful every single day.  More of that experience is what I dream for my future.

CP & SP We saw you landing a leading lady role in quite a big film, do you want this or perhaps foresee that yourself?  (We know you manifest your own success and have your own intuition.)

Kristen Dalton Yes!

CP & SP We also saw you writing in 1 of your projects, are there any other talents or creative outlets you have in addition to acting /producing /directing /writing/painting????  (Aside from Comedian!)

Kristen Dalton I am writing a script now!  And as a producer, I often give writing notes to writers, directors and editors.  You can see many of my paintings on my website, www.kristendalton.com.  I love to paint as it is the one thing I get to do from conception to completion.  Acting/filming is a team effort and requires a “village”.

I took comedy/theatre/improv classes for many years. What fun!  I definitely would love to do more comedy in the future.

You were absolutely right-on in your prediction that something big was going to happen in June.  It is the start date of my next film project.

CP & SP Lastly, it was a total pleasure having you on our radio show and getting to know you a bit.  We wish you all the best with all of your endeavors and please let us know of any confirmations or validations of our predictions!
