The Essence of the Soul

Our souls have history and meaning and purpose and future. These ingredients give us our soul personalities that determine our life themes and journeys. As we are learning to grow and evolve, we constantly learn about our personal essence. We find out what brings us joy and pain and every feeling in-between by how we “feel” and how we react to those feelings. We are drawn to certain places, colors, people, events and happenings. We have learned to tap into the “past” of a timeline that is timeless and is really a series of events and reactions. We learn how to turn on our “light beams” in our own unique and wonderful ways!
Our soul essence is in every part of us. It is in the lives we have lived and in the people and places we have known. It’s in the color of our hair and the places we were born. It is also in the trees and the sky and the ocean breeze, in all we see and hear and touch. All of this is in our cell memory, all the experiences our souls have known and will know during our experience as spiritual beings.
When we learn to celebrate what makes us unique, we can relate and respect others for their own personal journey, even though it may be far removed from what we have experienced. We can be too critical sometimes of what we think are “flaws” within our human existence here when actually these circumstances we are challenged with are all part of a larger meaning. We learn to recognize the value of the knowledge. We can heal our circumstance, turn it around, help someone else to hold on and keep moving forward.
The soul remembers where we all have been while at the same time living in the reality that is now on Earth. As more people awaken, they realize how important the practice and teaching of forgiveness and compassion really are. It also helps to have a giving heart and a sense of humor when dealing with the absurdities of human life while seeking out others who resonate. These are vital steps to keeping the forward momentum going in your personal healing and evolution.
Spirituality has many different facets and spectrums. We ride on different waves of light belonging to certain soul groups and planetary grids. It is always a part of us yet we are also free to explore what others have learned and gathered from a life they may have lived. We have access to that information through our guides and others to gain knowledge and understanding of the lives we are living now.
The aura that surrounds your physical body shows the colors of your essence. A beautiful example of what we manifest and carry with us and how we can heal and change our color from dull to vibrant! We really do create our realities here by how we create our reactions and how fast we learn. Since we all have our themes, lessons and unique ways of “learning,” we really are just like snowflakes. No two of us alike but all part of one amazing sea. The beauty of the essence that makes us who we are separate and together only gets brighter with each new revelation and understanding. The essence of the soul shines through when it is explored, celebrated and shared.
