Clear Your Stuff, Release The Blocks

Clear Your Stuff, Release The Blocks

By Patty Malek

Our Home is another dimension of our Self.  It is our outer reality reflecting our inner being.  Our home breathes like a living body as energy flows in and out windows, doors, and around objects in the room.   Clutter becomes a large Stop Sign to everything in our lives.  Energy is obstructed, creating chaos as our lives eventually begin spiraling out of control. We lack clarity and become lethargic.  Our bodies become unbalanced causing health problems, we experience depression, our relationships suffer, and we create blocks to creativity and our inner wisdom.  Clutter restricts the energy of a room and when energy, chi gets blocked, circumstances in all areas of our life become blocked.

Clutter is related to instincts of self-protection, feelings of insecurity.   Clutter near a doorway indicates resistance to going out into the world as a lot seems to stand in the way of your goals.  In Feng Shui the home is divided into nine sections representing Knowledge and Wisdom, Career, Helpful People, Family, Health and Well Being, Creativity and Children, Wealth and Prosperity, Fame and Reputation, and Love and Relationships.

Clutter in these areas indicates troubled conditions in the corresponding area of your life.    For example, clutter in your Wealth section of the home indicates you are worried or confused about your finances.   On the other hand, clutter found in the different directions, as in North, West, South, and East affect the corresponding elements in your health.  Clutter in the North indicates a tendency to hide one’s feelings which points to anxiety leading to problems affecting the kidneys and bladder.  Clutter in the West or

Northwest would reveal issues of control affecting the lungs and large intestines.  The East or Southeast creates issues with confusion, indecision, and anger affecting the gallbladder and liver.  Clutter in the South corresponds to the affairs of the heart affecting the heart, small intestines, digestion and immune function.  The wellbeing and health of our Home is a mirror to the Health of our physical body and spirit.

Letting go of our stuff and unwanted possessions allows you to move on and opens the space for new opportunities to enter.  Unexpected money starts showing up, people that can help us appear out of nowhere as you pave the path for them to show up.

Clearing clutter is the most powerful way to take control of your life.  Continually go through your home and evaluate the true value of everything in your space.  Does it truly having meaning and significance to where you are today, or does it relate to your past, keeping you there.  When we are clear on whom we are and what we want as we move into a new phase in life, reevaluating our stuff can be a true awakening.  Our old life and all the things that held meaning to us begin to feel insignificant.  The more you have the less freedom you have because you become responsible for your stuff as it becomes attached to a psychic energy field that is slow and heavy.

Everything in our environment is affecting and communicating with us on every level.  De-cluttering and letting go empowers a fresh new energy to emerge that will nourish every part of your body, mind and spirit.   Opportunity begins to knock and, Voila!!! You just happen to be in the right place at the right time.
