Practical Tools for Your Spiritual Journey – Part 2

Spend Time in Reflection Silence your mind chatter and sit in quiet contemplation. Take a moment to perceive what your Light is and what shining your Light truly means to you. Spend time in reflection and appreciate the magnificent capacity you behold within you. Allow memories to gently surface into your conscious mind of when your Light had been dimmed by others as well as when you dimmed your Light yourself by choice. Allow powerful memories to fill your body, mind and soul of when you shined your Light bright. Take note of any feelings you experience as you do so.

Take Time for You Individuals should have balance in their life. Having balance involves taking time for others and taking time for oneself. You may feel “stretched thin” if you do not have this balance. Notice how I have used the word “take” rather than “make.” There are twenty-four hours in a day. A new day begins when those hours are expended. We are unable to make the day longer; therefore, we cannot make time. We can only take time. Simply taking time does not have a monetary cost, yet it creates abundance in the form of happiness and health.

Celebrate You Your Birthday is your special day! Your Birthday is the day in which your family and friends celebrate you and your entry into the Earth plane. Why limit this celebration to one day a year? Celebrate YOU and all that you are each and every day.
