Healing Photosensitivity Naturally… With Herbs & Lifestyle

Some people have photosensitivity and end up with terrible red rashes, but there are wonderful natural ways of treating photosensitivity that help.

Antioxidants boost the immune system and taking doses of antioxidants help with photosensitivity. Acai berry, grape seed extract, avocado seed powder, camu camu berry, resveratrol, green tea, along with alpha lipoic acid will help with photosensitivity.

Vitamins work well for photosensitivity, taking a good B Complex Vitamin and vitamins A, C, D and E will help… plus taking a good mineral supplement that includes calcium, zinc, selenium, and magnesium, phosphorus, and potassium.

Herbs such as Astragulus, rhodiola rosea, and adaptogens like guto kola, tulsi, licorice root, and ginseng will also help with photosensitivity.

Also alcohol, artificial colors, artificial sweeteners, artificial chemicals of any kind can trigger photosensitivity. Plus taking too much Kava kava , yohimbe, some essential oils and St. Johns Wort may trigger photosensitivity in some people.

And see your doctor and have a check up because photosensitivity might be a symptom of disease… probably not… but make sure to be on the safe side.
