Claire Zammit: Awakening the Co-creative Feminine
That’s a great question. First and foremost, I think the whole orientation of business will change when Feminine values are honored much more. Overall, we’ll be far more focused on building and supporting a thriving economy with products and services that make our world a better place. There will also be more creativity and collaboration within the workplace, as well as a focus on innovation and possibility, instead of just on managing what has already been created within a company or industry or marketplace. In that kind of workplace environment, women will also be better able to assume roles that are aligned with their unique gifts and higher purpose, which will greatly benefit them as well as the companies they work for. Also, I think the culture of the workplace will change to one where women, and hopefully also men, can be more transparent and feel more connected and supported by their co-workers and colleagues. It will be a profound shift that will transform how we do business, whom we work with, and how we work together.
OMTimes: Men have also been stuck in this far leaning masculine energy and we could easily say are even further away from having a balance with their own feminine energies, but have the female students that are currently taking or have completed the Feminine Power courses noticed a change in the men around them? Is it also helping their co-workers or personal relationships with men to have this new female energy brought into their lives?
Absolutely! When women are rooted in their Feminine Power, they’re able to show up differently in all of their relationships. Many of our students have found true love after learning to engage their Feminine Power, and many more have been able to restore their marriages to the loving and supportive partnerships those unions had once been. A lot of the husbands and partners of the women in our community have secretly become fans of Feminine Power, or so our graduates tell us, because this work has been so beneficial to their relationships!
And it’s really true, because when women are rooted in their Feminine Power, they become their best selves, truly the women they came here to be. They no longer crave approval and they stop over-giving, which is another common behavior for women who are disconnected from their Feminine Power. When women are empowered at this deeper level, they can show up to their partner and co-create with them at a level that’s unprecedented in many relationships. Not only do relationships thrive when women engage their Feminine Power, but the men they know and love also become more empowered. It spreads, and in the best possible ways, transforms workplaces, families, and eventually, entire communities.
