30 Days to a New You – Day 0
The challenge I am offering is based on excerpts from my book, 28 Days to a New YOU, and concentrates on assisting you in shifting your perception. As you shift your perception, you will change your experiences, including those in the past, the ones you are presently experiencing and those that have yet to happen. This transformation involves altering your mindset and attitude as well as your thoughts, words and actions. Each day during this challenge offers you a focus topic and questions to consider. You may be guided to journal during this time as well to express your emotions. Remember to honor yourself and what you are feeling. You are a spiritual being having a human life experience. I will be with you every step of the way during this challenge – to support and encourage you through interaction on the articles I have written.
I invite you to challenge yourself, begin your life in a new way and tap into your inner power as you explore who you really are. Refrain from simply existing and elect to live your life fully without regret. It is time to let go of the past, live in the present and look to the future for it is this attitude that will transform you. Although the challenge is limited to 30 days, the insight and tools that are offered are always available to you. Change is an ongoing process as you continue to learn and grow from your life experiences – both the self-perceived challenges and the triumphs. Since you have freewill, the outcome you desire for this challenge depends solely on you. It is my hope that you will come away from this challenge feeling lighter, brighter and more at peace physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
