WHY IS BEING FIT IMPORTANT?

  • Exercise raises your energetic vibrational frequency bringing you closer into alignment with Source.
  • Being fit increases happiness.
  • Maintaining a consistent fitness practice makes you strong and healthy. When you are fit, strong and in good health, you are better able to be of service to others.
  • Your body is your temple in which your spirit resides in and takes action through, therefore it’s very important to take excellent care of your body.
  • Thoughts are very powerful forms of energy. Loving your body and having a positive body image is an important aspect of self-love. Fitness enables you to upgrade your body image.
  • When you look in the mirror and like what you see you are setting the tone for a positive mindset throughout the day.
  • Exercise for vibrant health and vitality.

It’s very important to love our bodies at every stage and love ourselves unconditionally no matter where we are in life. Fitness is a life long journey. There is no cookie cutter of how we should look or be. Everybody and every body are unique. However, having a desire to have a strong, healthy body is great. Without desire nothing happens. Be sure to set yourself up to win with a positive attitude, proper nourishment, hydration, rest and self-love. Having unique personalities and physiologies, we will therefore have unique goals, different physical responses, likes and dislikes to exercise.

Fitness is about a lifestyle and not about a just about a attaining a certain “look”. When you live an active lifestyle you will naturally achieve a look that reflects true health. A successful long term fitness program should be one of grace, and optimizes inner health. It should be about self- awareness and mind-body connection.   The very best trainer in the world is yourself because only you know what’s right for your body, and only you know how you feel.  Healthy exercise is about doing what feels right for you and your body today. It’s also about gratitude- being grateful for the opportunity to exercise and the ability to physically move your body, and having the energy needed to accomplish it. Working out should be like having a conversation with your body and spirit-it should be personal, intimate, and holy, not boring and painfully repetitive.
