Let’s Get Moving!
I have put together a generalized, progressive 4 week fitness program. The cardio component involves ANY cardio that you enjoy doing. You can play tennis, hike in nature, dance use a cardio machine at the gym, you get the point! You can do the same cardio for every cardio session or you can choose to do something new each time, it is entirely up to you, just have fun!
The strength component will be the same exercises each day of the week. They are all body weight and can be done in the privacy of your own home or backyard. No weights or machines are required. Each week you progressively increase the quantity of both the cardio and strength components.
Push yourself to work hard each day. Don’t be disappointed if you find a workout too challenging or if you are not seeing physical results fast enough. Adopt an attitude of progress not perfection.

Monday
Monday is a High Intensity Interval Training workout, also referred to as HIIT. This is a full body strength workout PLUS a cardio workout in one. You are burning fat, toning your body and building strength in your muscles. This is one of the most effective methods for burning fat.
Each exercise is completed for 1 minute, then move immediately to the next one. At the end of the 4 exercises, take a 4 minute break and repeat the cycle again.
