Purpose and Community
People who live life with a sense of purpose and connection to others make better choices. Waking up with purpose leads to a life of joy and balance. This is where enduring behavior lives. When you know what is important to you, you create an alignment between your values, your heart and your behaviors. Ultimately, we want people to live healthy, active lifestyles not because they should, but because they truly see it as an expression of the joy and spirit in their life. Then healthy choices become a preference and not a sacrifice.
How The Challenge Will Work
Each day in June, you will be presented with a concept, tool or challenge that will get you to do the soul level work that needs to be done to for permanent weight loss. Every week there will be a mix of common sense knowledge around diet, exercise and goals setting, self-awareness exercises, guided visualizations to change thought conditioning, recipes and healing work. Here are a few example of what you can look forward to:
Week 1 – Laying the Foundation
- Factors in weight loss, nutrition/exercise 101, taking personal inventory
Week 2 – Building Awareness
- Journaling challenges, managing your energy, consciousness of food, diet awareness
Week 3 – Shifting Your Thinking
- Learning about how beliefs create biology, tools for uncovering subconscious drives, creating affirmations and facing your fears
Week 4 – Opening the Heart
- Creating self sustainability, goal setting, how to make things meaningful, gratitude, the power of community and social support
Join me on a journey of self-discovery, where everyday I will interact with you, be there to answer your questions and support you through this process. Let’s do the soul level work and build a strong foundation for enduring weight loss.
