I allow information to be added by spirit as well.
My guides always surprise me with items that are not on the menu so I am open to receive these goodies as we move forward through the next 30 days.
I recognize that energy is always shifting so when my guides speak to me, I listen.
Some things that you may experience through this challenge:

- Better feeling of wellbeing
- Re-discovering parts of you that have been out of alignment
- A deeper love of nature
- Seeing people through their soul light beaming in their eyes
- Feeling your guides visiting you at night
- Hearing the shifts in electrical currents
- Seeing ripples of light in the air
- Sensing that your angels and guides are with you
- Wanting to bless everything and anything
- Involuntary gentle body movements while sleeping, meditating, listening to my you tubes
- Connecting with numbers and colors
- Needing to drink large amounts of water and no other liquids
- Needing to disconnect from TV, computers, phones; be off the grid for a day or two
- Other things that you may personally go through as you grow beyond your comfort zone.
