Gail:  You are the creator of Mind Detox, what is it?

Sandy:  The Mind Detox Method is a very effective way of finding and fixing the unhealthy beliefs that are the hidden cause of many life problems.  Quite simply, if something negative is happening in your body or life, then Mind Detox can help you find out why.  The Mind Detox Method consists of 5 steps for discovering the event in the past when you created the unhealthy belief impacting your body or life today.  It then helps you to heal the belief so that you can proceed with your life with a mind clear from self-limiting and destructive programming.  And as a result, help your body heal (due to the mind-body connection), feel fantastic (because your beliefs justify how you feel) and achieve greater success in life (because your beliefs determine your life results).  

Gail:  Mind Calm Meditation sounds like more than just positive thinking can you explain?

Sandy:  The average person has 100,000 thoughts every day – about a thought a second.  Of these thoughts many are positive and many are negative.  In all of my travels around the world and after meeting countless people, I have not met anyone who’s mastered positive thinking.  This is because it is natural for your mind to produce both positive and negative thoughts.  So instead of attempting the mammoth task of having to change all of your negative thoughts, I recommend people do one thing – heal their relationship with their thoughts.  By doing so, they can experience peace, love and happiness, even if their mind continues to habitually produce negative thoughts. Imagine that!

Gail:  What is the most common reason for unhappiness?

Sandy:  Thinking too much.  You see, your feelings are not a result of what’s happening in your life circumstances.  Instead, you feel your thinking about what’s happening.  By learning to think less, by seeing your thoughts instead of being your thoughts, you can be happy even if you have unhappy thoughts happening in your mind.  When a person is thinking they are focused on the past or future.  Never the now, even if a person is thinking about what’s happening now, the now has moved on and the thoughts are about the past.  By learning to be present, you can be much happier.
