Simple Steps to Improve Your Life – Day 0

 

Emotional- How you feel and perceive is your emotional world. Your emotional world is beyond words and is your happy or unhappiness factor. It’s the part of you who smiles when you see a baby smile or gets angry when you see an injustice done. What do you do to make yourself happy?

 

Physical- Your body and the tangible planet around you comprise your physical world. How much do you pay attention to your physical health and condition of your space?

 

These worlds work together to create our lives. Many of us tend to emphasize a couple of them over the others. There are times in life where that is appropriate, like training for a marathon or getting a college degree, however we cannot sustain optimum health (and evolutionary progress) with a constant void of one or two worlds. Eventually, the void needs to be addressed and will often make itself known as a discomfort or dis-ease in your physical body. This is why people find themselves with chronic conditions to which there seems to be no reason from a physical perspective. Often the ultimate cause is based in a different world in which it is perceived because we didn’t catch it before it manifested on the physical plane.

As we learn to adjust and adapt our busy worlds to accommodate and nourish our aspects, we become a more empowered and enlightened whole being.  Coming from a solid foundation within ourselves, we are more able to effectively and joyfully interact with others in our lives. We are truly able to be, as Gandhi said, the change in the world we want to see happen.
