Vibrant Juicing Challenge

This challenge is all about adding in a glass of goodness for thirty days straight. I am going to be giving you different combinations to play around with. This will get your creativity juices flowing and allow for you to choose how much of each ingredient you incorporate and the amount. Each day I will be giving you a different combination to try out. If you like one from the past day, stick with it and use it again. Get ready for a month of juicing creativity!!!!

 

Juicing is something that can be a huge game changer in taking your health to the next level. The juice I am referring to here is fresh pressed, unpasteurized juice straight from your juicer. In that one large glass, your recommended daily intake of fruits and vegetables is accomplished. How amazing is that?

What is juicing?

Juicing is when the fiber is re-moved which makes it easier for the nutrients to be utilized by the body. It is normally the combinations of fruits and vegetables to create an array of vitamins and minerals. We do need fiber in our diets, but juicing is great way to make sure all the nutrients from the fruits and vegetables are readily available and absorbed at a faster pace. It goes straight into the body and absorbs into our systems with minimal amounts of energy.
