Why Chai Tea is Important for Your Health

Did you know that Chai Tea has many many health benefits? There are many wonderful herbs in Chai Tea that will benefit your body in powerful ways.
Chai Tea contains black tea and some contain green tea too, both have powerful polyphenols that prevent disease such as cardiovascular disease, strokes, and help to prevent diabetes and even cancer.
Chai Tea also contains:
Cinnamon – which is very important for lowering cholesterol and lower blood sugar levels. Plus it’s a great antioxidant thus helping to prevent disease, and even a good anti-inflammatory agent that helps with arthritis and the cycle of chronic inflammation which starts lots of different diseases.
