30 Days of Self Healing – Day 27

It is time for a change. I prioritized breakfast, with an emphasis on having a protein shake made with all the essential nutrients I needed. Next, I made sure to have dinner before 6 p.m. and not eat anything afterward. These actions completely changed my way of being and feeling when it came to my physical health.

The lesson here is not to get stuck in a rut and bemoan life’s ups and downs. Make some changes! Life will take on a new meaning when you’re living with positive expectations.

Our attitudes are formed, little by little, by our thoughts. If we for any reason feel that we can’t be healthy, happy, and prosperous, then this is an attitude that needs changing. It can be changed, just as it was formed, by changing our thinking.

Dare to change your thinking. Align yourself with the good by thinking positive new thoughts. Your attitude will change, and your life will change, too.
