The challenge I am offering is based on excerpts from my book, 28 Days to a New YOU, and concentrates on assisting you in shifting your perception. As you shift your perception, you will change your experiences, including those in the past, the ones you are presently experiencing and those that have yet to happen. This transformation involves altering your mindset and attitude as well as your thoughts, words and actions. I will be with you every step of the way during this challenge – to support and encourage you through interaction on the articles I have written.
Challenge Yourself to Love YOU The first step in becoming a new you is loving you. You must learn to love yourself for who you are before you can begin to change. This involves loving your choices, your experiences and any self-perceived imperfections. Once you do, the next step is to believe that you can change and that you are worthy to have the life that you desire. I encourage you to remember and to recognize that change doesn’t happen overnight. It is a continual work in progress and should be acknowledged as such.
Loving yourself first (and I don’t mean in a selfish way) allows the love you have inside of you to expand outwards. When you open your heart to loving YOU, you will attract this same love back to you because of the Law of Attraction.
In order to attract the love that you desire from another individual, it is important that you love yourself freely and fully. See yourself as the Divine sees you – a beautiful, unique and miraculous creation. There is no one else like you nor will there ever be. When you really love yourself and open your heart to love, you will attract this same love back into your life. Know that you are worthy to have a partner who is worthy to have you!
