The challenge I am offering is based on excerpts from my book, 28 Days to a New YOU, and concentrates on assisting you in shifting your perception. As you shift your perception, you will change your experiences, including those in the past, the ones you are presently experiencing and those that have yet to happen. This transformation involves altering your mindset and attitude as well as your thoughts, words and actions. I will be with you every step of the way during this challenge – to support and encourage you through interaction on the articles I have written.

Challenge Yourself to Change if YOU Choose to I encourage you to do a mini life review and assess how you feel. Take a moment to write down what you “like” and what you “don’t like” about your life. I am putting these words in quotes because this determination is based solely on your perception. A thought becomes tangible once it is written on paper. It takes form. You can see the words and touch the paper. Read what you have written and see how you feel when reading it. Acknowledge and recognize the lists you have created with your likes and dislikes.

Be honest with yourself. Do not allow another individual to influence what you choose to change. I commend you for taking action, and I urge you to allow yourself to be present. Breathe in deeply and visualize yourself exhaling what you choose to change. It is time to quit existing and start living! This is your life to live – it’s time to live it!
