The challenge I am offering is based on excerpts from my book, 28 Days to a New YOU, and concentrates on assisting you in shifting your perception. As you shift your perception, you will change your experiences, including those in the past, the ones you are presently experiencing and those that have yet to happen. This transformation involves altering your mindset and attitude as well as your thoughts, words and actions. I will be with you every step of the way during this challenge – to support and encourage you through interaction on the articles I have written.

Challenge Yourself to Modify Your Words Listen to the words you utter daily. Word modification may be necessary. Express what you desire rather than your present state of be-ing. Be clear about what you mean. Avoid using the words trying or hoping when declaring what you want as it evokes doubt. Leave it out of the sentence completely. Use the words I AMwhenever possible as it is a declaration of what you desire.

I wish to remind you that becoming aware of the words you are using takes time and lots of practice. Listening to other individuals is much easier. I suggest that you really listen when others are speaking and pay attention to their word choices. It will assist you in becoming more aware of your own vocabulary. Words are energy and have a vibration. Choose to use high-vibration words rather than low-vibration words so that you will attract the outcome you desire.
