The challenge I am offering is based on excerpts from my book, 28 Days to a New YOU, and concentrates on assisting you in shifting your perception. As you shift your perception, you will change your experiences, including those in the past, the ones you are presently experiencing and those that have yet to happen. This transformation involves altering your mindset and attitude as well as your thoughts, words and actions. I will be with you every step of the way during this challenge – to support and encourage you through interaction on the articles I have written.
Challenge Yourself to Identify Your Desires Now that you have acknowledged, recognized, and identified exactly what aspect(s) of your life that you desire to change, it is now time to express what you truly desire. Be honest with yourself. Allow yourself the opportunity to express what you really want to do.
What are you passionate about? What makes your heart sing? It is okay to change your mind. Know that it is never too late to change your mind or make new choices. Remember, this is your human life experience. This is your reality. No one can live your life for you. They can offer advice and suggestions, but ultimately you should trust what feels right for you.
Take a moment to write down your desires, your dreams, and your aspirations on a piece of paper. You are worthy to receive and to achieve all that you desire. As I previously stated, a thought becomes tangible once it is written on paper. It takes form. You can see the words and touch the paper. Read what you have written and see how you feel when reading it.
