A Daily Look Within – Day 19
Each of these magical, lightning bolt swords is the life of a person…could be our self or someone we know…but we are just taking a look at the possibilities someone may have in their life experience.
Looking inside from a top view, we can see one such sword, bisecting the pot, and containing a number of bubbles sitting on it. The circular shape of the cauldron can be viewed as the center of being; that oneness of creation. Until that sword strikes, we do not know what the bubbles in the pot are…what we might call them…or how they will affect or become a part of us (or to what extent). The left side of the circle happens to have the hilt, or handle of the sword. It is thicker than the right side, which is sharp and pointy. We can assign more weight to the left/hilt side (+/positive) and less weight to the right/pointy side (-/negative). To view the slice across the pot, there is a scale to what we see there. On the top side of this sword, we might see bubbles for any number of things, but let’s take a look at some of them. From left to right along this sword are: happiness/sadness, social/solitude, knowledge/ignorance, and love/hate.
We see the happiness bubble has a lot of weight to it. If we could take a look “under” the sword, we will see that the sadness side of the bubble is considerably smaller. We could view this person as having a good portion of happiness present in their life. Next bubble is social–not a very big bubble showing on this side of the sword, but the other side is largely solitude…so a less social life is envisioned. The knowledge bubble is thankfully very large on top; so this person has little ignorance about things in life. Finally, the last bubble shows a somewhat tricky love/hate bubble. More love showing than hate, but they are pretty equal.
