A Daily Look Within – Day 9
Contemplation Piece: Some may not feel as secure about communicating with those unseen areas of our spiritual nature that exist. As a result, they may question not only their ability to see/communicate, but that these spiritual areas exist at all. Might people truly lack vision? Could there be a lot of us who are unable to reach spiritual understanding? What might it take for us to overcome the barrier(s)? What sort of exercises could we do to aid us in discovering? Let us look–oh! We are back to where we began. What do you know? We can choose to allow this process to cycle and become more involved, or we can choose to remain stuck and out-of-touch. Unlike our external vision where we might employ the use of corrective lenses to see clearly, our internal vision does not require the use of physical means to achieve improved accuracy.
Feedback Request: Looking can help us satisfy our curiosity. It can also generate more questions for us to answer. We can choose to overcome (or look beyond) our inability to see; we need not let it continue to frustrate us and add to our dis-ease. Somewhere along the way, as we walk our path and look, the voyage and benefits of self-discovery and interaction with consciousness takes place. Without many of the things we might call ‘physical ease,’ balance can be discovered and achieved, internally and practically, by itself. All it takes is our willingness to let go and flow with the way. Where might we have heard these words before? May we open and use our inner eye, to enjoy improved communication and peace. What do you see when you look within? Can you find peace in being or are there areas you feel need help in balancing?
