A New Spiritual & Intuitive You – Day 21
Being in the moment, means to be present in whatever you are doing right now: Are you fully focused on what you are doing right now? Whatever it is that you are doing? So many of us like to multi-task. If you eat lunch while you work, or eat while your doing something it may be difficult for you to be present. We don’t even notice what our food tastes like when we are doing other things while eating! Just enjoying the taste of our food is a great way to be in the present! When you focus on doing one thing, you will find the thrill of being fully involved, focused and energized in what you’re doing. Your mind is actually quiet because it is occupied with only one thing, and that is BEing. You begin to feel what it is to be in the flow, in the zone, because the zone only exists in the present moment. That is the magic of the moment.
Being in the now also is a great practice for increasing your intuitive abilities. It is only in the present and being aware of what pops up in our awareness of the present can we notice our divine messages. The intuitive messages that come to us are popping up in the part of our minds that is aware of the here and now, and is also where our subconscious is. We need to be in a state of mind of being in the now so we can notice our intuitive insights and messages.
