A New Spiritual & Intuitive You – Day 3
To answer those questions, you may look inside yourself to find the answers, since we all have divine guidance within us to give us the answers. Thinking about divine guidance may lead you to the next question, which is: Is there something bigger than me, something outside of me that I’m connected to that can answer my questions, and can I tap into that? Once you chose to believe that there is something bigger than you, something that I can receive divine guidance from, you can follow a path of building your relationship with that guidance from what we call spirit. As that process of believing and working with those beliefs brings you results and answers, that experience then strengthens a belief and understanding of what the path is about for you. That is the true meaning of spirituality, creating a path through your inquiry and as you discovers answers, building your beliefs and your spiritual practice.
Sometimes, you don’t need to find inner wisdom, but you just need to know yourself a bit better. Some people don’t know what makes them happy or how to feel fulfilled. If you’re one of those people, you may want to do some contemplation and journal. You can discover a lot about yourself through journaling. The way you journal is like keeping a diary, but it’s not just about putting down your experiences, it’s writing down your thoughts, your questions, whether you have answers or not, and whatever you’re inspired to write. You can look at it as a contemplative form of having a conversation with yourself. As you write you may find that your inner self will come out and express answers to your questions through insights, and intuitive pop ups. In a way, it’s a form of inspirational writing, particularly if you see it as a dialog with yourself.
