Awaking Your Clair-Abilities – Day 23
Creating a Book of Symbols
Create a book of dream symbols and even write, Book of Symbols, across the front of it. Next, before you go to bed tonight have that blank journal or note pad nearby. Pay close attention to any symbols that present and jot them down when you awake. Consider the dream and the symbol. If you dreamt someone handed you a beautiful white dove, ask yourself “What does a dove mean to me?” A dove can be associated with a desire for peace, it may represent a religious event, or you may have an affinity for birds as pets so a bird of some kind is coming to you or someone near you. Perhaps it the sound of coo the dove makes that has a message for you? Consider an apple. An apple can be a reference to the state of New York, teachers, your iPhone, or health issues and a need for a nutritional change in your life. Each person will be unique in their knowing of what the apple represents. Take some time to discern what each symbol that comes in your nightly dream space means to you. The book of symbols is your first step in learning to understand and interpret not only your dreams but your highest self.
Be sure to share the symbols you have come up with in the forum.
I highly encourage the following book by Leon Nascon as you move forward in your dream learning: Interpreting Dreams A-Z. Let this be your start. Leon’s knowledge is very useful and remarkably profound in my own dream work.
