C.S. Bromley – Running Down the Path to OM

OM Times:  You’ve written several successful articles for us and you are also in the midst of writing a book.  How did you make the decision to help others through your writing?

Cee:  Coaching people one on one, I just couldn’t find the balance of clients that I desired. I found that I can reach a lot more people spending an hour on an article then an hour with one person. Sometimes that article might be something that resonated and really helped several people, and that’s what gives me peace and purpose to write.

OM Times:  You wrote an eBook, “Conscious Living: Sweat, Meditate and Give”.  What can one expect to find in that eBook?

Cee:  It’s basically a one-month progressive do-it-at-home program where I educate people on the WHY of each topic.  For example, why are fitness, nutrition, chakras and meditation so important?  It comes with daily meditations, a high vibe nutritional program, affirmations, holistic remedies, and ways to balance your chakras.

OM Times:  What is your current focus?

Cee:   My purpose is to teach and empower women to have positive relationships with themselves. I don’t endorse comparing yourself to anyone else. It’s about self-acceptance; we are all beautiful, and we are all unique. Learning Self-love and Self-care will naturally empower you to eat healthier and to exercise, and then your body will change to match the love that you are putting into it. When your body is at its natural weight, you are not only healthier, you are happier. You can run and chase your kids and grandkids around the yard and you are full of life and vitality. Coming from an experience of being told I may not have much of a life with ME, with a mind that is full of fog and a body that can barely move, I am SO aware of how truly a gift that really is. We should not settle for living our life not feeling 100%. We can ALL have that and it is our birthright. It’s also our responsibility. Our body is our temple, and if we are not strong and healthy then we are not able to serve others as well as we could be.
